intrusive turndown careless valet

I found the turndown service intrusive. Staff moved personal items on the bedside table without asking. this seemed like a real invasion of privacy. the valet service also disappointed me. They dropped my bag in dirty snow before putting it in my trunk. slush got everywhere that was not good at all.

The staff were super friendly and helpful (especially at the bar). I found the room spacious. It was also kept very clean. I loved the hotel location, close to shops.

The room thermostat was difficult to adjust.

classy feel vaulted ceiling friendly staff poor check-in delayed bags late housekeeping

The lobby had a classy feel. My room looked even larger because of the high vaulted ceiling. It was nice. Staff members were friendly .

The check-in was not great. I had to ask about my bags, and after 30 minutes, I retrieved them myself. I had to follow up on housekeeping. My room was not made up by 5 pm.

The room had double sinks in the bathroom. the ac worked well. This was important as it was very hot outside. dessert in the restaurant was amazing!!!

separate sinks rainfall shower double sinks

The room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was excellent. I enjoyed having double sinks (it helped a lot!).

I found that some of the staff members at the reception were not friendly.
